Olympic Grade Lifting Bar
This Olympic Bar is perfect for all kinds of lifts from bench press and deadlifts to shoulder press and shrugs. The hardened steel from which the bar is made from makes it very durable and ideal for heavy duty training such as crossfit, powerlifting and olympic lifting. The bar has knurling at specific grip points on the bar ensuring the user gets a better grip of the bar and reduces the risk of the bar slipping and subsequent injuries.
This 6ft bar is ideal for female lifters as it has a lighter weight of 15kg compared to the regular 20kg men’s bar. This bar also has a grip diameter of 25mm which allows females, who generally have smaller hands than men to get a better grip on the bar which will prevent accidents and injuries.
